Currently serving as Country Manager for The Partnership Africa – Uganda & Rwanda, Sidney has built a reputation as a creative strategist, growth driver, and mentor who blends artistry with business acumen.

His early roles in advertising and sales laid the foundation for a career spanning Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, and Congo-Brazzaville, where he has led campaigns for global and regional giants including Airtel, Safaricom, Coca-Cola, Uganda Breweries Limited, dfcu Bank, and Sanlam.
From managing mergers like Airtel & Warid to launching youth-focused brands such as Safaricom Blaze, Sidney has consistently delivered campaigns that not only achieve measurable results but also inspire cultural impact.
Sidney’s portfolio is filled with landmark projects that demonstrate his influence on the industry:
- Airtel Money – spearheaded the introduction of “Mr. Money,” later adopted across Pan-African markets.
- Coca-Cola campaigns – including Share A Coke, Coke Studio, and the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour.
- dfcu Bank rebrand – a two-year repositioning project that introduced “dfcu Xclusive Banking.”
- Spark TV launch – a cultural milestone in Uganda’s media landscape.
- Boyz II Men concert sponsorship – marking dfcu Bank’s entry into music sponsorships.
